Role & Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume recruitment requirements.
- Source candidates for multiple positions through different recruitment channels.
- Contact candidates and explain job requirements and employment details.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate availability.




- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate trackers.
- Work on urgent and bulk hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding candidate status and requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
