We are growing our local business network and are looking for an energetic Marketing & Sales Executive who can help onboard businesses and convert them into paid subscribers.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and approach local businesses across Ludhiana.
- Contact business owners through phone calls, WhatsApp and in-person visits.
- Explain iLoveLudhiana.com’s business listing and promotional plans.
- Generate leads and convert them into paid subscribers.
- Build and maintain relationships with local business owners.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Visit local markets and commercial areas when required.
- Collect business information, photos and other listing details from customers.
- Work with the team to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales and subscription targets.
- Provide regular reports on leads, calls, meetings and conversions.

What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or telecalling.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners.
- Confident,



energetic and target-oriented.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media.
- Experience in local business sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates who know the Ludhiana local market will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators The selected candidate will be measured on:
- New business leads generated
- Daily calls and follow-ups
- Business meetings/visits
- New paid subscribers
- Monthly revenue generated
- Customer retention

Compensation ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + attractive performance incentives

Additional incentives will be provided for achieving monthly subscription targets.
