We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can amplify our brand presence, drive engagement, and own demand generation through high-impact content, LinkedIn, email, and campaign strategies.

? Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own lead generation and pipeline creation. This is not just content or social media — you will build and scale a repeatable growth engine that drives qualified leads, demos, and revenue for a fast-growing fintech SaaS startup.

? What You'll Own

- End-to-end lead generation funnel (awareness → lead → demo)
- Campaigns that drive qualified leads and pipeline (LinkedIn, email, newsletters, paid/organic posts)
- Founder-led LinkedIn growth and inbound strategy
- Create marketing and sales collateral such as sales presentations, one-pagers, product brochures, case studies, white papers etc.
- High-conversion content, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Experimentation across channels (LinkedIn, outbound, SEO, partnerships)
- Conversion optimization and performance tracking




- Setting up and owning lead/pipeline attribution and reporting (which channels and campaigns are driving results)
- Develop clear positioning and messaging for Autocash.ai
- Translate complex treasury and finance capabilities into simple, compelling customer-facing messaging
- Develop messaging for different audiences, including CFOs, CTOs, Treasurers, and Controllers
- Conduct competitive research and help refine our go-to-market strategy

✅ What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing / growth / demand generation, ideally at a startup or fintech company
- Solid educational background from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes (Engineering, MBA, or equivalent), with a demonstrated record of execution and results
- Proven track record of generating leads or pipeline, with real numbers to show for it
- Strong LinkedIn, content, and storytelling skills — someone who can write and post in a founder's voice
- Hands-on and execution-focused, but able to think strategically about funnels and channels
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 0→1 startup environment with high ownership

? Nice to Have
- Fintech / SaaS experience, ideally B2B
- Exposure to CFO / CTO audience
- Experience with SEO, paid, or outbound growth
- Prior experience at a startup (Seed to Series B stage)
