Role Description The Marketing Manager – Exhibition will oversee end-to-end marketing activities for ACEXM7’s portfolio of industrial and technology exhibitions. This full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India includes planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline promotion, and driving exhibitor and visitor acquisition. Daily responsibilities include market research, audience segmentation, campaign design, content and collateral development, and coordination with sales, operations, and external partners.

The role involves monitoring campaign performance, optimizing marketing strategies, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels.

The Marketing

Manager will also support B2B networking initiatives, event branding on-site, and post-event analysis to improve future exhibitions.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in exhibition and event marketing, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and lead generation for B2B events.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques (social media marketing,



email marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics platforms).
- Skills in brand management, content creation, and development of marketing collaterals for industrial and technology audiences.
- Ability to conduct industry and market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder management, including coordination with exhibitors, partners, agencies, and internal teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proven project management skills, including handling multiple campaigns, budgeting, and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in B2B exhibitions, industrial sectors, or technology-focused events in India is highly beneficial.
