Next Step HR is hiring a Marketing Manager for a leading branding and experiential marketing company who will build and scale the organisation’s marketing engine, strengthen brand authority, and create measurable business impact.

About the Role

Our client is at a pivotal stage of growth, transitioning from an execution-led branding company into a marketing-driven brand partner for some of India’s largest companies.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can build this engine from the ground up — not just execute campaigns, but create systems, pipelines and brand authority.

This is a hands-on builder role with high ownership and direct exposure to leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Marketing Pipeline Creation

- Build a marketing-originated pipeline.
- Generate qualified leads through structured CRM processes.
- Use content and positioning to influence high-value business opportunities.

2. LinkedIn & Brand Authority

- Build and scale the company's LinkedIn presence.
- Develop a targeted audience of brand managers, CXOs and founders.
- Drive consistent, high-quality publishing and thought leadership.
- Strengthen corporate brand visibility independent of the founders.

3. Website & Inbound Marketing

- Build and optimise a high-conversion website and SEO ecosystem.
- Drive inbound traffic and qualified leads through content.
- Improve the organisation’s visibility across search and emerging AI-driven discovery platforms.

4. Industry Positioning & PR

- Lead industry award submissions, registrations and representations.
- Identify relevant summits, associations and industry platforms for participation.
- Build the organisation’s credibility and positioning across sectors beyond FMCG.

5. Case Study & Content Engine





- Build and maintain a structured case-study library.
- Convert project execution into compelling stories supported by measurable impact.
- Identify projects and campaigns that can be leveraged for content, PR and industry recognition.

6. CRM & Marketing Systems

- Ensure strong CRM discipline and tracking.
- Build dashboards and measurable reporting systems.
- Use data and marketing metrics to evaluate performance and business contribution.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- 6–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B marketing, branding, advertising, experiential marketing, BTL or an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of corporate/B2B brand building.
- Hands-on experience across SEO, LinkedIn/social media, content and inbound marketing.
- Exposure to PR, awards, industry recognitions, events, summits or association engagement.
- Ability to build marketing systems and processes rather than only execute campaigns.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking with the ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes.
- Comfortable working independently with high ownership.
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms will be an advantage.
