Are you a results-driven marketing professional with strong experience in Real Estate Project Marketing, Branding, Lead Generation?

Looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies, project launches, brand communication and integrated marketing campaigns.

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Experience: 7–10 Years

CTC: ₹10–12 LPA

Industry: Real Estate

What will you be responsible for?

- Developing amp; executing marketing strategies for real estate projects
- Planning ATL, BTL, Digital amp; Social Media campaigns
- Managing project branding and marketing communication
- Driving and managing marketing leads in coordination with Sales
- Managing agencies, vendors, designers amp; media partners
- Monitoring campaign performance, budgets amp; ROI
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Planning marketing strategies for new project launches
- Preparing MIS, reports and campaign performance analysis
- Ensuring consistent brand communication across channels

What are we looking for?




- 7–10 years of relevant Marketing experience
- Strong Real Estate Marketing experience preferred
- Experience in project marketing amp; lead generation
- Strong understanding of digital marketing amp; branding
- Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic, analytical and execution-oriented approach
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
