Marketing Intern – Social Media & Content

Location: Bengaluru | Full-time Internship | In office

Stipend: Up to ₹20,000/month, depending on experience and quality of work

DogNation is looking for a hands-on, social-first Marketing Intern who understands what works on Instagram and enjoys turning everyday moments into engaging content.

Your primary focus will be creating and managing organic social content, particularly for Instagram and Facebook — from spotting content opportunities and shooting videos to editing Reels and getting posts live.

And yes, you’ll be working around a lot of dogs, so genuinely enjoying being around them is pretty important!

What You’ll Do

Create, shoot and edit regular Reels, Stories, posts and other organic content for Instagram and Facebook.

Keep up with Instagram trends, trending audio, formats, memes and content ideas, and adapt them creatively for DogNation.

Help maintain DogNation’s organic presence across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, including regular content planning and posting.

Independently shoot content at the DogNation facility using a phone/camera and turn raw footage into polished social content.

Edit short-form content using Instagram editing tools, CapCut, Canva or similar tools.

Participate in on-ground marketing campaigns, events and brand activations, including capturing content from them.





Support DogNation’s L&D; content production by coordinating and managing shoots with canine coaches, handlers and other team members who will provide the subject-matter content.

Record/shoot L&D; videos and coordinate the project with the editing/content agency through to completion.

Liaise with DogNation’s marketing agency for content requiring additional design, editing or production support.

Assist with Meta paid campaigns, including coordination of creatives, campaigns and basic performance tracking.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is creative, fast and extremely hands-on, with a strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content.

You should be comfortable shooting and editing independently and be genuinely tuned into current Instagram trends, formats, audio and content styles rather than needing someone else to tell you what is trending.

You must be able to travel to the DogNation facility every working day/as required, since much of the content will be created on-ground.

Most importantly, you should genuinely love dogs and be comfortable working around them.

Prior social media/content experience is useful, but your actual work, creativity and editing ability matter more than your qualification.
