The Role is to bring construction Projects to the company and convert potential clients into confirmed work.
Main responsibilities:
Approach Pharma companies , manufacturing companies, Real estate developers, ware House and logistic companies , infrastructure companies ,Food-processing companies, Auto mobile companies.
Understand the client's requirements, project profiles such as built up area, structural system, project location, timeline, and budget.
Coordinate with the estimation, design, engineering and execution teams.
Follow up with leads and convert enquires into projects.
Track upcoming projects and construction opportunities.
Maintain customer relationships and develop repeat business.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
