Rayswin Educational Initiatives Pvt. Ltd. is an education-focused organization offering learning programs and educational services for students. We are looking for a Marketing & Admissions Executive to support our marketing, lead-generation, student engagement, and admissions activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing activities to promote Rayswin's courses and programs.
- Generate leads through various online and offline marketing channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, students, and parents.
- Support admission and business development activities.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and updates.
- Achieve assigned marketing and admissions targets.





Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, admissions, or a similar role.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and multiple marketing activities.
- Experience in the education sector is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Cannanore, Kerala 670002: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
