Lexus Motors Limited, an authorised Jaguar Land Rover dealership, is looking for a young, energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team at Rajarhat.

? Candidate Profile:

Preferred Age: 20–25 years

Candidates up to 30 years may also be considered based on relevant experience and profile.

Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Communications / Media / Digital Marketing or a related field preferred

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply

Prior experience in automobile, luxury retail, digital marketing or customer engagement will be an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable, confident and professional personality

Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Ability to communicate professionally with customers

Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.

? Key Responsibilities:

Marketing &

- Brand Promotion

Support the marketing activities of Jaguar Land Rover at the dealership level.

Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Coordinate with internal teams for marketing initiatives, events and customer engagement activities.

Support dealership branding and ensure marketing materials are properly maintained and displayed.

Assist in implementing campaigns in line with the brand's premium positioning.

Digital &





- Social Media Marketing

Manage and coordinate regular social media activities for the dealership.

Assist in creating and publishing content for Facebook, Instagram and other digital platforms.

Coordinate with designers/content creators for promotional creatives, videos, reels and campaigns.

Monitor social media engagement and customer responses.

Support digital campaigns and generate enquiries/leads through online platforms.

Customer Engagement &

- Lead Generation.

Support activities aimed at generating new customer enquiries and leads.

Coordinate with the sales team regarding marketing-generated leads.

Maintain proper follow-up records of leads and campaign responses.

Assist in customer engagement activities, events and promotional programmes.

Help improve customer awareness and engagement with Jaguar Land Rover products and services.

Events &

- Activations.

Assist in organising customer events, test-drive campaigns, exhibitions, mall activations and promotional activities.

Coordinate with vendors, agencies and internal departments when required.

Support on-ground marketing activities and ensure smooth execution of events.

Market &

- Competitor Activities

Monitor local market activities and competitor promotions.

Collect basic market information and customer feedback.

Assist the management team with marketing reports, campaign performance and lead data.

Reporting &





- Coordination

Maintain marketing activity records and campaign reports.

Prepare basic reports related to leads, campaigns, events and social media activities.

Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Service and other departments for marketing-related activities.
