Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing activities to generate leads and increase business.
- Handle online and offline marketing activities.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation and conversion.
- Manage social media and promotional activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain records and reports of marketing activities and leads.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned marketing and business targets.





Candidate Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Salary & Benefits In-hand Salary: 15,000–18,000 per month
