Position: Marketing Engineer / Business Development Engineer
Department: Business Development / Marketing
Reporting: Director / GM
Main Responsibilities:
- New clients aur projects identify karna
- Government, school, industrial aur private projects ki information collect karna
- New clients ke saath meetings aur follow-ups
- Existing clients ke saath relationship maintain karna
- Tender opportunities identify karke Tendering Team ko information dena
- Contractors, consultants, architects aur vendors ke network develop karna
- Company profile, quotation aur presentation client ko share karna
- Site visits aur pre-bid meetings attend karna
- Current enquiries generate karna aur enquiry-to-order conversion par follow-up
- Competitor rates aur market information collect karna
- UP ke different cities mein new business opportunities develop karna
- Management ko weekly Marketing & Business Development Report dena.
Minimum Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech Civil preferred
- MBA Marketing / Business Development an advantage
- 2–5 years experience preferred
- Construction / Infrastructure / Interior / Industrial projects ka experience preferred
Important KPI Marketing Engineer ko sirf "marketing" nahi, business generate karne ki responsibility deni chahiye:
New Leads → Meetings → Enquiries → Quotations → Negotiations → Work Orders
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,500.00 per month
