Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and street-smart Marketing Associate who can help grow Bhaada by onboarding drivers and customers, handling social media promotion, and managing demand-supply operations on the platform.

Responsibilities

- Onboard drivers and customers onto the Bhaada platform
- Conduct field marketing and build local partnerships
- Promote Bhaada across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social platforms
- Coordinate with drivers to maintain demand-supply balance
- Generate leads and improve customer engagement
- Assist in campaigns,



branding, and community outreach

Requirements

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing
- Comfortable with field work and interacting with drivers/customers
- Creative mindset with problem-solving ability
- Hindi + English speaking preferred
- Freshers with strong enthusiasm can apply

Bonus Skills
