The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Associate to work closely with the Founder’s Office, primarily across Influencer Marketing, LinkedIn and Event Marketing .
What you’ll do:
- Identify, reach out to and manage LinkedIn & Instagram influencers/creators
- Build and maintain an influencer database and outreach pipeline
- Coordinate influencer campaigns, partnerships and follow-ups
- Research LinkedIn creators, content trends and campaign performance
- Support marketing and branding for offline events, workshops and community meetups
- Capture on-ground event content and coordinate quick content shoots
- Track outreach, engagement and campaign performance
Who we are looking for?
- 6 months–1 year of experience in influencer/creator marketing
- Freshers with strong internship, freelance or college society experience in influencer marketing can apply
- Prior experience dealing with or managing influencers is important
- Existing network/database of LinkedIn creators is a strong plus
- Strong communication, outreach and coordination skills
- Positive understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram
- Based in Gurugram and comfortable working from office 3–4 days/week
