We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to help bring Superset’s B2B marketing plans to life. You’ll work closely with the marketing team on industry events, email campaigns and content that helps customers understand our platform and the work we do with companies.
The role is hands-on and varied. Some days you’ll be coordinating with an event organiser or preparing for a conference. On others, you’ll be putting together an email campaign, gathering inputs for a customer story or helping turn a product update into useful content for our audience.
This is a good role for a fresher who wants to learn how B2B marketing works and is excited to take responsibility for getting things done.
What you’ll work on
- Plan and execute Superset’s presence at industry events, including on-ground coordination.
- Support email campaigns for prospects and customers, from planning and execution to tracking results.
- Create content that puts Superset’s work in the spotlight, from customer success stories and product launches to newsletters and industry perspectives.
- Gather inputs from customers and internal teams to turn their insights into clear, helpful stories.
- Coordinate with sales, product,
customer support and other teams to bring marketing initiatives together.
- Track the performance of campaigns and content, and use what you learn to improve the next one.
- Keep projects organised and moving, from the first brief through to execution and follow-up.
What we’re looking for
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Someone who follows through, asks questions and takes responsibility for their work.
- Comfort working with different people, including internal teams, vendors and event partners.
- An interest in marketing, business and understanding what matters to customers.
- Willingness to travel and work on the ground at events when required.
You don’t need previous B2B marketing experience. If you’ve worked on college events, internships, student communities, campaigns or content projects, we’d be interested in hearing about them. Good to have
- Experience coordinating an event or managing a project with multiple people involved.
- The ability to write clearly for a professional audience.
- Comfort using tools such as Google Sheets, Canva or an email marketing platform.
