Role & responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Marathi lessons according to the school curriculum.

- Teach Marathi language, grammar, literature, reading, writing, and communication skills.

- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities.

- Assess students academic progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Maintain a positive, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment.

- Encourage students to develop interest and proficiency in the Marathi language.

- Coordinate with parents and other teachers regarding students progress.

- Participate in school events, activities, and other academic responsibilities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marathi or a relevant subject.

- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.

- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a school environment.

- Solid Marathi language and communication skills.

- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to use creative and activity-based teaching methods.
