We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering professional with solid experience in Reliability, Maintenance Planning and Utilities and HVAC for a large pharma manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead reliability analysis, maintenance planning and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Drive preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs.
- Conduct RCA, FMEA and equipment criticality assessments for critical assets.
- Monitor MTBF, MTTR and equipment availability.
- Plan maintenance, shutdowns, spares and resources for critical equipment.
- Work closely with Operations,
Maintenance and Engineering teams to improve equipment uptime and reduce breakdowns.
- Ensure reliability and maintenance of critical utility systems across the site.
Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering ONLY
- 12–18 years of experience in Reliability / Maintenance / Utilities / Engineering and has WORKED FOR A LARGE FACILITY
- Strong exposure to utility systems and mechanical equipment in a large manufacturing/process industry.
- Good understanding of preventive & predictive maintenance, RCA and reliability improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and maintenance planning skills.
