Role Description The Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mira Bhayandar. The Caller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, share information about available properties and services, and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs and customer databases, following up on leads, responding to basic queries about real estate options, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth customer handovers.





The role also involves gathering customer feedback, supporting marketing campaigns with tele-calling activities, and ensuring a professional and friendly communication experience for every caller.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
- Customer service and relationship-building skills to engage prospects and support existing clients.
- Basic sales and lead-generation abilities, including follow-up discipline and interest in real estate.
- Comfort using tele-calling tools, CRM or contact management software, and basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
- Ability to work on-site in Mira Bhayandar, manage high call volumes, and maintain accurate records.
- Prior experience in tele-calling, call center, or real estate support roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); a graduate degree is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn about the company’s services and local market.
