Key Responsibilities -

- Handle end-to-end sales of new and vacant properties through CRM-assigned leads.

- Make a minimum of 250 dialled calls to prospective customers and effectively follow up with leads.

- Generate and conduct 5–6 prospective site visits every week.

- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.

- Handle client negotiations and drive successful deal closures.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and consistently work towards exceeding assigned targets.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer interactions in the CRM.

- Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

- Candidates should be confident, energetic, enthusiastic and target-oriented.





- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred; real estate sales experience is an advantage.

- Graduate from any discipline preferred.

- 2-wheeler is mandatory as the role involves client meetings and property site visits.

- Candidate should be currently employed or serving notice period.
