- Support change-risk assessments, readiness checks, rollback validation and post-change service assurance
- Maintain a prioritised continual-improvement backlog informed by operational data, risk, monitoring gaps and manual effort
Automation, observability and AI
- Automate health checks, log collection, reconciliation, order-status validation, housekeeping and operational reporting using WLST, Shell and SQL/PLSQL
- Improve dashboards, event correlation, alert thresholds and proactive detection through enterprise observability tools
- Apply approved AI/AIOps capabilities to anomaly detection, incident summarisation, knowledge retrieval, probable-cause analysis and order-fallout classification
- Incorporate human validation, access controls, traceability and rollback safeguards into AI-assisted or automated remediation
- Measure automation and AI benefits through reduced manual effort, faster detection and restoration, and fewer repeat incidents
Collaboration
- Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing and work-prioritisation support to application-operations engineers
- Coordinate with Service Management, Business, CRM, Middleware, Database, Infrastructure, Security, Provisioning and vendor teams
- Escalate unresolved service risks, capacity concerns and cross-system dependencies through agreed governance channels
