One of our leading clients is looking to hire an experienced Manager with strong end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations, including GL, reconciliations, month-end/year-end close, and financial reporting.

- Ensure timely financial close, statutory compliance, and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.

- Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.

- Manage client relationships and collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams.

- Oversee reporting dashboards, account reviews, and internal controls.

Required Skills:

- 10-20 years of experience in R2R/General Ledger/Financial Close.

- Robust knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft D365, or Dynamics Business Central.

- Excellent client, stakeholder, and people management skills.

- Proven experience in process transitions, continuous improvement, and team leadership.

Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA
