Role: Manager / Sr. Manager Legal (Non-Litigation)

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced legal professional to manage non-litigation legal matters and provide end-to-end legal support to various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, draft, vet and negotiate various commercial and vendor agreements.
- Independently handle contracts and ensure appropriate legal and regulatory compliance.
- Draft and review agreements for functions including Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Business Development and Information Technology.
- Develop and standardize legal templates, processes and documentation.
- Provide corporate legal support to business and functional teams.
- Advise business teams on legal and compliance aspects of transactions, business arrangements and relationships.
- Provide legal opinions and practical legal guidance to various departments.
- Identify and highlight potential legal risks associated with business decisions and day-to-day operations.




- Support management with legal advice on business-related matters.
- Keep abreast of developments in Corporate Law, Contract Law, Securities Law and other applicable regulations.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of legal matters.
- Independently assess situations and recommend practical, business-oriented legal solutions.

Candidate Requirements

- LLB / LLM from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience in NBFC, Broking, Banking, Capital Markets, Financial Services or relevant Law Firm preferred.
- Strong experience in non-litigation legal matters, contracts and agreements.
- Positive understanding of Corporate, Contract and Securities Laws.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide practical legal solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and business advisory skills.
