Role Description: The Manager–Loan Operations will oversee end-to-end loan processing activities, including loan origination, documentation, verification, and disbursement for housing and MSME-related products. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon involves managing daily operations, monitoring loan pipelines, and ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and turnaround time standards. The individual will coordinate with Customers, Internal teams, IBOs, and Lending Partners to ensure File Login and complete Logins, Loan Processing Discussions and Documentations and connect with Partners to generate Leads.

The role includes supervising operations Staff,



Calling Team, IBOs Connect, Loan Requirement Discussions with Customers and using data and reports to track performance metrics and minimize errors or risk. The Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support audits and compliance reviews, and assist in refining operational strategies for scalable and customer-focused loan services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making in loan operations.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities to oversee workflows, optimize processes, and manage loan operations teams.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Loans and Loan Origination to handle end-to-end processing, documentation, and policy compliance.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Finance to understand credit structures, risk parameters, and lending products.
- Relevant experience of Minimum 3 yrs in Managing Loan operations within Banking, NBFC, or fintech environments is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with loan management systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business, or a related Operations discipline is preferred.
