We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master (7+ years) with strong expertise in Agile delivery, servant leadership, and coaching high-performing technology teams in fast-paced enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, improving flow and predictability, removing impediments, and partnering closely with Product Owners, Engineering leaders, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role supporting one of our Fortune 500 client programs, where you will help teams build and deliver critical digital/data products by applying Agile best practices, strengthening team execution, and enabling continuous improvement across delivery, quality, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate end-to-end Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile mindset, and servant leadership to drive self-organization and accountability.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog (prioritization, story readiness, acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready/Done).
- Remove impediments and manage risks/issues; drive dependency management across teams and functions.
- Enable predictable delivery through capacity planning, sprint forecasting, release planning, and transparent reporting.
- Track and improve performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down/burn-up, cycle time, lead time, throughput, WIP) and turn insights into actions.
- Improve team execution and quality by reinforcing strong engineering practices (DoD adherence, testing discipline, CI/CD collaboration).
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and effective communication across Engineering, QA, UX,



DevOps, Data, and business users.
- Drive continuous improvement using retrospectives, root cause analysis, and experimentation to improve flow and reduce waste.
- Support Agile at scale practices such as Scrum of Scrums / cross-team planning, when applicable.
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to internal Agile communities of practice.

Qualifications

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead supporting technology delivery teams.
- Solid hands-on facilitation experience in Scrum (and working knowledge of Kanban/Lean practices).
- Proven ability to coach teams through change and help teams improve delivery predictability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps (boards, dashboards, reports).
- Strong understanding of product delivery concepts: user stories, estimation, refinement, release planning, and value-based prioritization.
- Solid knowledge of metrics and flow-based execution (cycle time/lead time, WIP limits, throughput) and how to apply them pragmatically.
- Experience working with distributed teams and senior stakeholders in enterprise environments.
- Ability to handle conflict, facilitate difficult conversations, and influence without authority.
- Comfortable challenging peers and leadership in a constructive way while remaining outcomes-focused.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer centricity.

Preferred

- Certifications such as CSM / PSM I/II (SAFe certifications like SSM/SA are a plus).
- Experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets programs.
- Experience supporting data/platform/engineering teams (DevOps, CI/CD, data engineering, cloud delivery).
- Exposure to scaled delivery models and portfolio/program governance.
