About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Manager – E-Commerce Marketplace Sales & Growth to own marketplace revenue, profitability, catalogue health and growth across leading Indian and international marketplaces.

The role will cover Amazon FBA, Amazon Self Seller, Amazon Now, Flipkart FBA, Flipkart Self Seller, Flipkart Minutes, as well as international opportunities including Amazon US, UK and UAE.

Key Responsibilities

- Own marketplace revenue, profitability and overall business growth.
- Manage Amazon and Flipkart seller/FBA operations and catalogue health.
- Plan and optimize marketplace advertising for profitable sales.
- Improve search visibility, conversion, content quality, ratings and reviews.
- Own pricing, promotions, deals, coupons and marketplace events.
- Develop inventory plans to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Drive new SKU onboarding and international marketplace expansion.
- Develop opportunities across Amazon US, UK, UAE and other international marketplaces.
- Monitor marketplace fees, commissions,



returns, claims and deductions.
- Build marketplace-specific forecasts and monthly growth plans.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and internal teams.

What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce or online sales.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart.
- Understanding of marketplace advertising, catalogue optimization and promotions.
- Experience managing inventory, pricing, returns and marketplace profitability.
- International marketplace experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
