We are hiring a Manager – Cost Control & QS for a premium plotted development project. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quantity surveying, project cost control, contractor billing, and financial monitoring of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity estimates and rate analysis
- Handle contractor bills, measurements and certification
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control
- Review and manage variations, deviations and extra items
- Prepare MIS reports related to project costs and budgets
- Handle final accounts and reconciliation
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams
- Track project expenses against approved budgets
- Support cost estimation and commercial decision-making
Candidate Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Cost Control / Quantity Surveying
- Solid knowledge of BOQ, QS, rate analysis and contractor billing
- Experience in cost monitoring, variations and final accounts
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
- Experience in plotted development, villa or residential projects will be preferred
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
