Manager – Excise Compliance

? Industry: Alcoholic Beverages / AlcoBev preferred

Medusa Beverages is looking for an experienced Manager – Excise Compliance to lead PAN-India excise compliance, licensing, product registrations and regulatory affairs.

Key areas of responsibility:

? State-wise excise licenses, registrations & renewals

? Brand, label & SKU registrations

? Coordination with State Excise Departments

? EDP, MRP/MSP, cost cards & pricing submissions

? Excise permits, bonds, BGs & statutory documentation

? Label & packaging compliance

? Monitoring state excise policies & regulatory changes

? Supporting new state, SKU & product launches

? Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, Legal & Marketing

Ideal candidate:





✔️ 5–8 years of relevant Excise / Regulatory Affairs experience

✔️ Strong knowledge of Indian State Excise regulations

✔️ Hands-on experience in licensing, registrations & pricing approvals

✔️ AlcoBev experience preferred

✔️ Strong stakeholder management & documentation skills
