Position Summary To oversee our Branding and Digital Marketing functions. In this role, you will be the guardian of our brand identity and the architect of our digital growth. You will lead a small, talented team of specialists, developing and executing integrated strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a sub-team of branding and digital marketing specialists.
- Set clear goals, manage workloads, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Manage the budget for branding and digital marketing initiatives.

Brand Strategy & Stewardship:

- Develop, evolve, and maintain the company's brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (online and offline).
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform brand strategy.
- Oversee the development of all brand assets, including style guides, logos, and marketing collateral.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive,



multi-channel digital marketing strategy.
- Oversee and optimize key digital channels, including:
- Social Media Marketing: Strategy, content calendar, community management, and paid advertising.
- Content Marketing: Blog, SEO, video, and other content to attract and engage our audience.
- Email Marketing: Nurture campaigns, newsletters, and automation flows.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Google Ads and other paid search campaigns.
- Website Management: Collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and conversions.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization:

- Define and track KPIs for branding and digital marketing (e.g., traffic, engagement, leads, conversion rate, ROI).
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights) to monitor performance, derive insights, and report on campaign effectiveness to senior management.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns and strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong focus on both branding and digital marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in a team lead, supervisory, or project management role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding and digital marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with key digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing software like Mailchimp or HubSpot).
- Experience with SEO/SEM principles and website analytics.
- Excellent understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
