About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee – Sales to join our team. The role will initially focus on Sales and Business Development , while providing exposure to different aspects of business operations and client management.

This position is designed for individuals who are looking to build a long-term career in management . Based on performance, skills, leadership abilities, and business requirements, successful candidates may be given opportunities to take on higher responsibilities and managerial/head-level roles in the future.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Sales team in lead generation and business development.
- Connect with clients and channel partners through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and assist in providing suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.
- Participate in site visits, meetings, events, and business development activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales records.
- Learn and understand sales strategies, market trends, and business processes.
- Take ownership of assigned targets and responsibilities.




- Gradually take on team-handling and leadership responsibilities based on performance.

Career Growth The Management Trainee will initially work closely with the Sales & Business Development team . As the candidate develops strong business knowledge, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, there will be opportunities for career progression into Team Lead, Manager, and higher leadership responsibilities .

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
