Role Description The Management Intern role at Bangla Biswa Co. is a full-time hybrid position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in day-to-day operations such as coordinating with artisans and suppliers, tracking inventory, and supporting order processing and logistics.

Responsibilities include helping with data entry and basic reporting, supporting customer service activities,



and contributing to process improvements across e-commerce operations. The intern may also assist with market research, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with the merchandising and marketing teams. This role offers exposure to management practices in a growing retail brand focused on cultural products and ethical sourcing.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks.
- Basic knowledge of business operations, retail or e-commerce processes, and an interest in management practices.
- Competence in using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, online communication platforms).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including artisans, vendors, and internal team members.
