As a Managed Services - Corporate Finance - Associate 2, you will engage in delivering outsourced solutions, supporting clients across various functions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Within our Assurance practice, you will execute processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation, contributing to the delivery of valuable services to our clients.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge. You will be exposed to diverse clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for growth. You are expected to take ownership of your work, consistently delivering quality outcomes that drive value for our clients and success for the team.

Responsibilities The candidate we are seeking will be supporting Finance Team across a spectrum of functions including Accounting, Reporting and Legal Entity controls. Specifically, the individual will be fully/partially responsible for:
- Prepare and post accounting journals such as Revenue, Expense accruals, Tax accrual, Amortization etc. during month end
- Review and clear control account balances
- Prepare Profit and Loss account and Balance sheet trend analysis during month end
- Perform inter-company (IC) break checks
- Perform IC transaction analysis and process IC settlements
- Prepare Bank Reconciliations
- Perform end to end month end closure for certain international entities of EMEA region.
- Prepare Financial statements, corporate tax returns and various year-end audit requirements.
- Prepare VAT workings for EMEA corporate entities.
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
