Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to join our team at a residential real-estate project. The candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and day-to-day electrical requirements at the project site, particularly during the flat inspection, possession, and handover phase.

The ideal candidate should have good practical knowledge of residential electrical systems and should be capable of independently identifying and resolving electrical issues while maintaining safety and proper functioning of all electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out routine electrical maintenance and repair work at the residential project.
- Attend to electrical complaints and breakdowns reported by customers, maintenance teams, and site staff.
- Troubleshoot and rectify issues related to lights, switches, sockets, MCBs, DBs, wiring, fans, pumps, and other electrical equipment.
- Inspect and maintain electrical installations in flats, common areas, lobbies, parking areas, amenities, and other project areas.
- Support the team during flat inspections, possession, and handover activities.
- Attend to electrical snagging and ensure all pending electrical works are completed before possession.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify electrical faults and potential safety hazards.
- Coordinate with electrical contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance work whenever required.




- Ensure all electrical systems and equipment are functioning safely and efficiently.
- Maintain basic records of electrical complaints, repairs, maintenance activities, and material requirements.
- Follow all electrical safety procedures and company/site safety guidelines.
- Attend to emergency electrical breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform any other electrical maintenance-related duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility & Skills

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential construction, real estate, facility management, or building maintenance preferred.
- Good practical knowledge of residential electrical systems and maintenance.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices and safe handling of electrical equipment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Comfortable working at a construction/residential project site.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
