Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in the Polymer/Plastic/Masterbatch Manufacturing Industry.
Responsibilities
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of polymer processing machines.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of Extruder, Injection Moulding Machine, Blown Film Machine, Mixer/Kneader, Pelletizer, Dryer, Chiller and Compressor.
- Troubleshooting of Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Mechanical systems.
- Maintenance of motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, heaters, sensors and valves.
- Basic troubleshooting of Electrical Panels, VFD, PLC and Temperature Controllers.
- Attend machine breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain preventive maintenance and breakdown records.
- Follow safety and 5S standards.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Polymer/Masterbatch/Plastic Industry Maintenance.
- Valuable mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Experience with Extruder / Injection Moulding machines will be preferred.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance or Polymer Engineering.

- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Education: ITI / Diploma / BE
- Shift: Rotational Shift
- Location: Ranjangaon MIDC Pune
Preferred: Candidates having direct experience in Polymer/Masterbatch Plant Maintenance will be given preference.
