We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and proactive Maintenance Sr. Executive to oversee and handle day-to-day maintenance activities at our copper chemical manufacturing facility in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure minimal plant downtime and maximize operational safety. A strong technical background in chemical plant equipment, unit operations, and team leadership is required.
Key Responsibilities
· Preventative & Predictive Maintenance: Plan and execute robust regular maintenance schedules to ensure zero line breakdowns and maximize the life of plant assets.
· Breakdown Management: Lead rapid root-cause analysis and troubleshooting during operational breakdowns to resume production safely and efficiently.
· Equipment & Utility Oversight: Maintain and optimize specialized chemical plant equipment, utilities, and machinery handling hazardous chemical processes and copper derivatives.
and audit environment, health, and safety (EHS) standards during maintenance tasks involving hazardous materials.
· Resource & Cost Optimization: Coordinate the efficient utilization of maintenance tools, spare parts inventory, and raw materials to minimize manufacturing costs.
· Team & Vendor Management: Supervise junior maintenance technicians/engineers, manage external contractors/vendors, and partner closely with production, safety, and engineering teams to meet daily targets.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
