A large enterprise IT team is hiring, and I'm not naming them here. You'll know exactly who it is before your name goes anywhere near them.
The job, without the adjectives. Exchange Online mail flow and transport rules. SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams governance. Intune across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, including Autopilot and BYOD. Defender for Office 365. Purview — DLP, eDiscovery, Litigation Hold, Insider Risk. Entra ID, Conditional Access, Azure AD Connect, Zero Trust. PowerShell and Graph API on top of all of it.
That's a long list, and everyone applying will have most of it on their CV.
So here's what actually decides it.
There's a difference between the person who owns a Conditional Access policy and the person who closes tickets about one. Both are real jobs. Only one of them is this job. The form asks you to separate them yourself, honestly, and that single answer will matter more than anything else you send.
The second thing: scale. Running M365 for 300 users and running it for 15,000 across countries are not the same skill. Say which you've done.
The third: one incident where the cause wasn't the obvious one. What was reported,
what you first thought it was, and how you actually found it. The wrong first guess is the part I'm reading for — it's the difference between someone who debugged it and someone who's retelling it.
The constraints, stated up front so nobody wastes an afternoon.
The role is based in Chennai or Madurai. Notice period 30 days or less. Three to five years with Microsoft 365 specifically, firm at both ends.
On remote and hybrid, I don't know. The employer hasn't published a policy and I'm not going to invent one to make this post read better. The form asks how you'd want to work, and I'll put the question to them rather than guess on their behalf.
After you apply: a person reads it, including your CV. If it fits, you get told who the company is, and nothing moves until you say yes to them by name. If it doesn't fit, one short email, no lecture.
I never ask anyone for money, and I don't promise anyone a job.
The form takes about four minutes. Most of it is tick boxes.
