Job Overview:



We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end logistics, supply chain, and distribution operations. In this role, you will design short- and long-term strategies, manage operational budgets, direct daily transport and warehousing activities, and build a high-performance team culture.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Management

- Strategy Design: Develop and implement short- and long-term logistics strategies aligned with overall company growth and efficiency goals.
- Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day transport, warehousing, and inventory flow across all distribution networks.
- Logistics MIS: Maintain comprehensive Logistics Management Information Systems (MIS) for performance tracking and executive reporting.

Financial Management & Cost Optimization

- Budget Control: Create, manage, and control logistics budgets; rigorously track operational costs. • Cost Savings: Identify and execute efficiency initiatives and cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.

Vendor & Contract Management

- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
- Relationship Management: Maintain robust working relationships with freight carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics (3PL)

Process Optimization & Performance Tracking

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience: 10 to 15+ years of progressive managerial experience in logistics, transportation, and warehousing.
- Systems & Tools: High proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Core Skills:

o Advanced data analysis and financial budgeting capabilities.

o Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management.

o Exceptional team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
