Job Title: Assistant Manager- Line Haul Operations

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: +2 years Line Haul Operations

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management

- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. Set up warehouse layout, ensure productive space utilization, and manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts.

Transportation & Logistics:
- Coordinate the entire order cycle, including planning transport routes, negotiating with carriers/vendors, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Operational Optimization





- Develop and implement logistics strategies, analyze supply chain data, and initiate process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Compliance & Safety:
- Maintain high standards of health and safety (OHS) in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.

Team Leadership

- Recruit, train, and motivate warehouse and transport personnel.
