About the RoleWe are looking for an execution-driven Warehouse Manager to manage warehouse operations and lead the field logistics team responsible for procuring and moving pre-owned two-wheelers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations and vehicle movement.
- Lead, train, and monitor Logistics Executives.
- Plan daily vehicle pickups and field activities.
- Manage vehicle receiving, documentation, inventory, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Track TAT, productivity,
attendance, and operational performance.
- Ensure warehouse discipline, vehicle security, and SOP compliance.
- Handle operational escalations and prepare MIS reports.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations.
- Field team management experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of inventory and vehicle movement.
- Valuable leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience in automotive, mobility, e-commerce, or logistics is preferred.
