Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Logistics positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Manage candidate documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in US Logistics, or international recruitment will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
- Willing to work from office in Mohali.
