Job Summary

Kanwar Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager / DGM – Projects to lead and manage large-scale projects from planning through execution and completion.

Candidates with experience in Thermal Power Plants, CHP, AHP, Solar Power Plants, Petrochemical Projects, or Industrial Projects are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage overall project execution, site activities, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and timelines.
- Lead and manage project/site teams effectively.
- Review project plans, drawings, BOQs, schedules, and technical requirements.




- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
- Identify project risks and take timely corrective actions.
- Prepare and review project progress reports and MIS.
- Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.

Required Qualification & Skills

- B.Tech / B.E. in Engineering; relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in project management/execution.
- Solid experience in Power / EPC / Industrial Projects.
- Experience in Thermal Power / CHP / AHP / Solar / Petrochemical projects will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, team management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of project planning, execution, cost control, and scheduling.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations.
