ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Service Delivery Head to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of legal services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that client matters are handled efficiently, deadlines are met, internal teams perform effectively, and clients receive a consistently high standard of service.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands process management, team management, client servicing and operational excellence within a law firm or professional services workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the complete service delivery process from client onboarding to matter closure.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal services to clients.
- Manage and coordinate lawyers, associates, interns and support teams.
- Allocate matters and responsibilities to appropriate team members.
- Track deadlines, filings, hearings, applications and client deliverables.
- Establish and improve SOPs, workflows and internal processes.
- Monitor team productivity, turnaround time and quality of work.
- Conduct regular reviews of pending matters and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate between clients, lawyers and internal departments.
- Handle escalations and resolve service-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation, reporting and operational records.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement systems to improve efficiency.
- Develop MIS and performance reports for management.
- Train and mentor team members on service delivery processes.
- Ensure a professional and consistent client experience.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- 5 years of relevant experience in law firms, legal services, consulting or skilled services.
- Experience in managing teams and service delivery operations is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in IPR, corporate law, litigation, compliance or legal process management will be preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM or workflow-management tools.
