Role Description This is a full-time, in office Legal Intern role based in Agra.

The Legal

Intern will assist with reviewing and preparing legal documents related to loans and financial agreements, under the supervision of senior legal professionals. Daily tasks include conducting basic legal research, identifying key legal issues in client cases, and supporting legal consulting activities by gathering facts and organizing case files. The intern will communicate with internal teams and, where required, support communication with clients to clarify documentation and requirements.



The role offers hands-on experience in applied law within the financial services context and the opportunity to contribute to efficient and compliant loan closure processes.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of Law and core legal principles, preferably with current enrollment in or completion of a law program.
- Ability to assist in Legal Consulting activities, including basic case assessment and client guidance under supervision.
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and loan-related documents.
- Strong Communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to identify and analyze Legal Issues relevant to loan and finance-related matters.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Proficiency with standard office software and document management tools; familiarity with legal research databases is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in office in Agra and collaborate in a structured, team-oriented environment.
