### Key Responsibilities:
- Con duct legal due diligence of properties for NBFCs• Exam ine title documents, sale deeds, revenue records and related property documents• Prep are legal scrutiny reports, title reports and due diligence opinions• Cond uct searches and verify property records with relevant authorities• Iden tify title defects, legal risks and other issues affecting the property• Assi st in drafting legal opinions and other property-related documentation
