Job Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive insurance sales through bank branches. The role involves working closely with Branch Managers and bank staff to generate leads, support sales, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly and yearly insurance sales targets.
- Drive insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
- Build good relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
- Generate leads through branch walk-ins, referrals, customer data and other sources.




- Follow up on leads and convert them into insurance sales.
- Support bank staff during customer meetings and sales calls.
- Prepare benefit illustrations and help with sales presentations.
- Conduct regular meetings with bank staff to promote insurance products.
- Train bank employees on insurance products and basic selling skills.
- Activate branches and increase insurance business from each branch.
- Ensure good customer service and timely support.
- Track branch performance and take action to improve sales.

Key Goals:

- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Increase insurance sales from bank branches.
- Activate and improve productivity of assigned branches.
- Generate and convert quality leads.
- Improve bank staff engagement and insurance knowledge.

Who Can Apply:

- Candidates with min 1+yrs of relevant Sales experience in Life Insurance with Banca Channel(Must)
- Candidates with experience in Bancassurance, Insurance, Banking, BFSI or Sales.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with bank branches and field sales.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel locally.
