What are we looking for? As part of its continued expansion, the firm is strengthening its presence in Pune with its new office at Balewadi Highstreet . We are looking for dynamic, ambitious and motivated young Advocates who are keen to build a long-term career in the legal profession, particularly in the areas of Real Estate, Property Due Diligence and Banking Documentation.

The position offers an opportunity to gain practical exposure to property title investigation, legal due diligence, drafting and scrutiny of transaction documents, client coordination and execution/registration of documents. How can you contribute?

Candidate will be responsible for : Scrutinise 7/12 Extracts, Property Cards, Mutation Entries, Index II, Sale Deeds, Agreements, Development Agreements, POAs, RERA documents and other title records. Verify original documents and identify title defects, encumbrances, ownership issues and gaps in title. Conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions/title search reports and maintain proper physical and digital matter records.

Draft, review and vet real estate and banking-related documents, including Sale Deeds, Agreements, Mortgages, POAs, affidavits, undertakings, indemnities and NOCs.

document execution and registration before the Sub-Registrar and coordinate with clients, banks, developers and other stakeholders. What you should have? 2–6 years of experience in legal practice. Strong experience in drafting and scrutinising real estate and banking-related legal documents.

Hands-on experience in Title Search / Title Investigation and Property Due Diligence. Practical experience in verification of original property documents. Good to have experience in filing Notice of Intimation and handling registration-related work.

Ability to independently scrutinise Sale Deeds, Agreements, 7/12 Extracts, Mutation Entries, Index II, Development Agreements, POAs, sanctioned plans, RERA documents and related property records. Good understanding of property title, ownership, encumbrances, development rights and registration procedures. Strong legal research, drafting, analytical and documentation skills.

Valuable communication and client-coordination skills. Willingness to undertake practical field work and document execution/registration before Sub-Registrar Offices. A proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility for assigned matters.

Strong interest in building a long-term career in Real Estate, Property and Banking Law. Prior experience in Real Estate / Property Due Diligence / Banking matters is preferred and will be given significant weightage. How to Apply?
