Role Description The Legal Advisor at Kalki Associates will provide day-to-day legal support for architectural, interior design, and construction-related activities, including reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and project documentation. The role involves identifying and addressing legal issues related to client engagements, vendor relationships, regulatory compliance, and project execution, while offering clear legal advice to management and project teams.

The Legal

Advisor will prepare and maintain legal documents, support labor and employment matters, and help manage legal risks and dispute resolution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dighwara,



requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure legally sound operations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and regulations.

- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.

- Experience handling general Legal Issues and providing practical Legal Advice to internal stakeholders.

- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, particularly in relation to workplace policies, contracts, and compliance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent; advanced legal qualifications or bar membership are an advantage.

- Prior experience as a legal advisor or in-house counsel, preferably within construction, real estate, or design-related industries.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal professionals.

- Ability to work on-site in Dighwara, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
