About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Math Learning Experience Designer to design engaging, concept-driven learning experiences for students in Grades 6–12. The role involves transforming mathematical concepts into hands-on activities, games, investigations, projects, assessments, and interactive learning experiences that make mathematics meaningful, enjoyable, and accessible.

The ideal candidate combines strong mathematical understanding with innovative instructional design skills and believes that mathematics is best learned through exploration, reasoning, and problem-solving rather than rote memorization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging math learning experiences, activities, games, projects, and investigations for Grades 6–12.
- Create curriculum-aligned content, worksheets, assessments, challenge problems, and classroom resources.
- Develop hands-on and inquiry-based activities that help students visualize and apply mathematical concepts.
- Design learning pathways that build conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and problem-solving skills.
- Create teacher guides, student workbooks, activity manuals, and digital learning resources.
- Develop real-world applications and interdisciplinary connections for mathematical concepts.
- Review, test, and refine learning experiences based on classroom feedback and student engagement.




- Collaborate with content designers, illustrators, product teams, and educators to create high-quality learning products.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Engineering, Science, Education, or related fields.
- 2–6 years of experience in mathematics teaching, curriculum design, instructional design, or educational content development.
- Strong understanding of middle and secondary school mathematics.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging and student-friendly learning experiences.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Experience creating assessments, worksheets, or instructional materials.
