We are looking for a Real Estate Lawyer to handle legal matters related to property layouts and development projects. The role will focus on ensuring that layouts are legally compliant, properly documented, and approved by the relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify property layouts, site plans, and layout-related documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence of land and properties proposed for layout development.
- Verify land ownership, title documents, 7/12 extracts, property cards, and other relevant records.
- Review layout permissions, development permissions, NOCs, and approvals from concerned authorities.
- Coordinate with architects, surveyors, consultants, and government authorities for layout approvals.
- Identify and resolve legal issues related to land boundaries, access roads, reservations, zoning,
and development restrictions.
- Draft and review legal documents, applications, undertakings, and correspondence related to layouts.
- Track the status of layout approvals and ensure timely compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain proper records of all layout-related legal documents and approvals.
- Provide legal advice to management regarding layout development and property-related matters.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of land laws.
- Understanding of layout approval and development procedures.
- Knowledge of local government/development authority processes.
- Strong document verification and legal drafting skills.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to identify legal risks in property/layout projects.
