We are looking for an experienced Learning Designer to design and develop engaging, scalable and high-quality learning experiences across digital, virtual and face-to-face formats. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in instructional design, learning experience design and digital learning content development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build digital, virtual and face-to-face learning experiences using PPTs, videos, documents and SME inputs.
- Develop engaging, modular and scalable learning journeys.
- Apply instructional design, adult learning and learning science principles to improve learner experience.
- Create reusable templates, learning assets and content development frameworks.
- Collaborate with SMEs and academy leads to develop learning journeys and content.
- Rapidly prototype, test and iterate learning assets based on learner feedback and usage data.
- Maintain consistency in learning standards, quality, tone and visual design.
- Work closely with learning technology teams to optimise learning platforms and functionality.
