Role Description The Leader of Agents role is a remote position responsible for managing, mentoring, and supporting a team of insurance agents to achieve sales and service targets. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves setting explicit performance goals, monitoring agent productivity, and providing regular feedback and coaching.

The Leader of Agents will collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure agents understand product offerings, regulatory requirements,



and company processes. This role includes organizing virtual training sessions, reviewing customer interactions to uphold service standards, and using data and reports to identify opportunities for performance improvement. The position is full-time and requires proactive engagement with agents across regions to support business growth and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales leadership or team management, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and performance management to help agents meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use insights to drive effective decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills for working with diverse teams and customers.
- Comfort with remote work tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms for agent management and training.
- Knowledge of health insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and customer service best practices is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt to changing business needs in a remote environment.
